European Council - Guidelines on the links between terrorism and transnational organised crime

On 31 March 2021 the Committee of Ministers  adopted the guidelines, designed as a practical tool for member States to help them address the problems stemming from the links between terrorism and transnational organised crime, with a particular focus on certain logistical aspects (arms trafficking, drug trafficking and human trafficking), and invited them to disseminate the guidelines widely with a view to their use by the relevant national authorities so as to better prevent and fight terrorism, and enhance their understanding of the links between terrorism and transnational organised crime
